Research finding
Lingzhi for chronic bronchitis, asthma and recurrent respiratory infections
Since the 1970s, many medical institutions in China have reported that lingzhi fruiting body extracts and mycelium preparations used for chronic bronchitis can relieve cough, phlegm and wheezing and reduce flare-ups; that lingzhi combined with conventional treatment can improve results and reduce relapses in children with recurrent respiratory infections; and that it can also serve as an adjunct treatment for bronchial asthma.
