  赤芝与紫芝的多糖：结构相近，作用相似

  研究者比较了多批赤芝和紫芝的多糖，发现两者在单糖和寡糖组成、分子大小、糖苷键连接方式上结构特征相同。在乳腺癌小鼠模型中，两种灵芝的多糖口服后都抑制了肿瘤生长，效果没有明显差别；它们并不直接杀伤肿瘤细胞，而是通过激活巨噬细胞起作用，对小鼠肠道菌群的影响也相似。

  研究者用色谱、红外、核磁共振等方法分析 8 批赤芝和 7 批紫芝的多糖，再在乳腺癌小鼠模型和巨噬细胞实验中比较作用，并对小鼠粪便菌群进行测序。
